When will my bag ship?
The founding collection ships in August 2026. First Fifty Circle members receive theirs before anyone else.
What are the dimensions?
520 × 320 × 230 mm. One master silhouette, sized for three to four days. Cabin-compatible with most major airlines.
What distinguishes the three models?
The Hedonist Anthracite waxed canvas, Sand lining. The Libertine Khaki canvas, Rose lining. The Sovereign full leather, Sage lining. Same construction. Same hardware. Different temperaments.
Are taxes and shipping included?
Taxes and shipping included. Always. The price you see is the price you pay.
What is the First Fifty Circle?
Fifty numbered pieces of the founding edition, each carrying an antique brass badge with its number. Members receive the Founder's Price, first delivery, co-creator access to future models, and complimentary monogramming for life.
Can I have my bag monogrammed?
Yes. Complimentary for First Fifty Circle members. Available to all others at checkout.
Where are LUSTRA bags made?
Each bag is crafted by a family-run atelier we work with directly no intermediaries, no anonymous production lines.We visit, we know the hands that build them.
How do I care for my bag?
Canvas: wipe with a damp cloth. Waxed canvas: brush off dry, wipe with cold water only, re-wax once a year it earns its patina. Leather: a quality leather balm twice a year. Keep it filled when stored. It is built to be used, not preserved.
What is your return policy?
Fourteen days, no questions asked. The bag must be unused and in its original packaging.
What if something breaks?
We repair it. Hardware, stitching, structure covered. A LUSTRA bag is meant to outlast its first owner.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the EU at launch. Further destinations follow. Write to us if yours isn't listed yet we find a way.
